Bollywood actor Abhay Deol criticized Dhanush's movie which made his fans angry! 

Actor Abhay Deol is one of the few celebrities in Bollywood who is known for voicing his opinion on social media unapologetically. Now he has  criticized the ‘Raanjhanaa’ film starring Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor as the main lead.

Actor Dhanush made his Bollywood debut with Raanjhanaa which was directed by Anand L Roy. The film was a huge success and introduced Dhanush as the best Actor in Bollywood. Four years after the release of the film, ‘the story of the film is very reactionary’, said fellow Bollywood actor Abhay Deol.

Sharing one reviewer’s post about this movie, Abhay Deol said ‘History will not look kindly at this film for its regressive message. It’s been a theme in Bollywood for decades, where a boy can (and should), pursue a girl until she relents. Only in cinema does she do that willfully. In reality we have seen time and again that it leads to sexual violence of some sort. Glorifying it on screen only leads to blaming the victim, as @oldschoolrebel9 explains it so brilliantly.
