India's Tik tok ban caused 45,000 crores loss to China!

Indian authorities’ selection to ban TikTok and 58 other Chinese apps will cause big economic losses to all the agencies associated with TikTok, and suffer a loss of Rs 45,000 crore.
China’s state-run media The Global Times stated that ByteDance ought to lose up to USD 6 billion because of the Indian government’s choice to ban TikTok, Helo, and numerous other Chinese apps due to security issues.

India wasn’t the main supply of sales for TikTok but it was amongst the top international locations to have maximum downloads for the app. Global Times reported that ByteDance had invested over USD 1 billion inside the Indian market within the last few years and the ban could be disastrous for the company’s business in India. Global Times claimed that ByteDance’s loss would exceed the ability losses of all the other apps combined.
The Government on Monday banned 59 apps with China hyperlinks which include TikTok, SHAREit, UC Browser, Baidu map, Helo, Mi Community, Club Factory, WeChat, and UC News and much more.

Union Law, Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad tweeted “For safety, safety, defense, sovereignty & integrity of India and to shield data & privacy of people of India the Government has banned 59 cell apps. Jai Hind!,” he said in a tweet.
